Therese Ahlers, MS,
MPA Executive Director Therese holds a bachelor of science degree in behavioral disabilities and elementary education and a master's in rehabilitation psychology from the University of Wisconsin. She began her career working with adults with disabilities. In 1995 Therese earned a master's degree in public administration from the UW's La Follette School of Public Affairs and then spent several years working for the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services in Medicaid and mental health administration. Therese left state government in 2001 to start the Wisconsin Alliance for Infant Mental Health. In 2003 Therese completed an 18-month fellowship program with ZERO TO THREE, the National Center for Infants, Toddlers and Families. |

Lana Nenide, MS Professional Development Director Lana has a master’s degree in
educational psychology from the University of Wisconsin and is a
graduate of the Napa Infant-Parent Mental Health Post Graduate
Certificate Program, where she received specialized training in
infant-parent mental health. As a research specialist with the
UW Twin Laboratories for four years, she evaluated infant and
toddler social-emotional development and coded behavioral data
for the Genetics of Emotional Ontogeny project. Since 2006, Lana
has been overseeing professional development efforts at WI-AIMH.
Her main responsibilities include developing and delivering
workshops and seminars, providing consultation and technical
assistance, coordinating grant projects, supervising student
interns, and presenting I/ECMH issues at a variety of state
policy meetings. |

Janna Hack, LCSW Infant Mental Health Consultant/ Endorsement Coordinator Janna holds a master's degree in social work from Wayne State University and a post-graduate certificate in infant mental health from the Merrill Palmer Institute at Wayne State. She has 10 years of experience in providing therapeutic services to families and young children ages 0-6 in a variety of populations, including those involved in disability services and foster care. She also has provided consultation and training to staff in Head Start, Early Head Start, Birth to 3, child welfare, and early care and education settings. Janna is passionate about supporting children and families involved in the child welfare system, as well as infants, toddlers and young children who have experienced trauma or ongoing high levels of stress in their environments. |

Terri Enters Conference Planner Terri joined WI-AIMH in 2009. She has an undergraduate degree in special education and is pursuing a graduate degree in Community Mental Health. She has 14 years of experience working in the Birth to 3 program in Waukesha County with Lutheran Social Services. Terri has created a play-based preschool and childcare program and is a trained consultant for P.L.A.Y. Project Home, a parent consultation program for children with autism. She serves on Governor Doyle's state Autism Council and has given numerous presentations and trainings around the state of Wisconsin to a variety of early childhood professionals. Terri lives in Oconomowoc and is proud of her three children and one grandchild. |

Jillian Fields Executive Assistant Jillian joined WI-AIMH in July 2010. She has diverse experience in healthcare consulting, customer service and human resources. Jillian is responsible for our accounting and bookkeeping, as well as the day-to-day operations of the WI-AIMH office, including communications and data management. She is also our newsletter editor and web site administrator.
